To support their continued innovation, Solenis—a global leader in specialty chemicals and water treatment solutions—set out to relocate and expand their R&D operations to a 102,000-square-foot facility on the historic former DuPont campus. To bring this ambitious vision to life, they turned to LabDesign.
LabDesign served as a strategic partner throughout the project, consulting on and designing 10 state-of-the-art laboratories customized to Solenis’ advanced research requirements. Once the designs were finalized, LabDesign managed the entire fit-out process—manufacturing, sourcing, and installing all lab components.
Despite aggressive timelines, the project was completed on schedule in just six months, delivering a world-class R&D environment that positions Solenis for the future.

Seeking durability and flexibility, our heavy-duty AUT tables provide the user with a long-lasting product that is designed around day-to-day processes. It was critical to ensure each table had the appropriate accessories for the application.
