Kyle Williams joined Fenco Solutions as a Sales Specialist in February 2025, bringing over a decade of experience in manufacturing and distribution. Throughout his career, he has cultivated a diverse skill set encompassing sales, consulting, and cross-functional team leadership. His deep expertise in manufacturing enables him to anticipate and exceed client expectations while driving sustainable business growth.
Prior to joining Fenco Solutions, Kyle was a key member of a growth and innovation team, where he served as an internal and external consultant. In this role, he led cross-functional teams, spearheaded company-wide change management initiatives, and provided innovative solutions for national accounts.
Kyle is highly detail-oriented and excels at problem-solving. With a background in engineering, he brings a strong technical perspective that supports product development and process optimization. His expertise in Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement allows him to implement strategies that enhance efficiency and performance.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Kyle enjoys spending quality time with his family and friends, traveling, and hiking.
Stacey started working at Fenco Solutions in 2025 after over two decades of Inside Sales experience in multiple industries. She is best known for her proactive approach to account management and customer service. In addition, Stacey has extensive experience and is a proven leader in collaborating with internal and external customers in project management and supply chain.
Outside of work, she is a huge sports fan and enjoys spending quality time with friends and family.
Craig Williams joined Lyons as a Sales Engineer in 2019, bringing with him over 35 years of experience in the food service industry. His expertise spans both back-of-house stainless steel equipment and front-of-house millwork. Starting his career as a teenager in the fabrication area, Craig advanced through the ranks, managing various departments and mastering every aspect of the business.
At Lyons, Craig leverages his hands-on experience to transform customer needs into precise 3D models, engineered to fit the company’s capabilities. His unique skill set ensures that his tailored designs not only meet customer requirements but also enhance profitability.
In his free time, Craig enjoys spending time with family, woodworking, and supporting the non-profit organization his significant other leads, which provides essential services and employment opportunities to the special needs community.
With 35 years of retail fixture experience, John brings an unparalleled understanding of both products and retailers’ needs. His background in product design, coupled with over three decades in fixture sales, makes his expertise in front-end solutions unmatched in the industry.
John is committed to close collaboration with customers, developing tailored, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. Whether working with large national and global retail chains or local independent grocery and retail customers, John and the team deliver products that are right for your needs and your budget.
Jay Hufft has been with Lyons for over 15 years, starting as a Purchasing Clerk and progressing through roles such as Buyer/Planner and Director of Planning & Scheduling before becoming Operations Manager in September 2022. His extensive experience spans production, sales, purchasing, engineering, quality, and more, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the business.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys the outdoors, history, music, sports, and spending time with his wife and two daughters.
Ernesto Milan joined Lyons as the Director of Quality and Engineering in August 2021. He has been instrumental in driving improvements and ensuring operational excellence and has over a decade of experience in quality assurance, engineering, and management. Ernesto has successfully implemented systems that enhance efficiency and maintain high product standards.
Ernesto served in various leadership positions at Lyons, focusing on quality management and process optimization. His expertise in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement has been key to the company’s operational capacity.
Outside of his professional work, Ernesto enjoys expending time with family and reading.
Ernesto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Santo Domingo and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, as well as a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from Indiana Institute of Technology.
Ken Staebler became Director of Operations at Fenco Solutions in October 2024, bringing over 20 years of experience in Continuous Improvement. Before joining Fenco, he worked at Bigelow Tea as the Corporate Continuous Improvement and Reliability Manager, where he developed the company’s Continuous Improvement Program, improving safety, maintenance, and production across three plants.
Ken’s career started at Rev-a-Shelf Inc. as a Lean Leader, followed by a role as Continuous Improvement Manager at CertainTeed Gypsum, where he led the Total Productive Maintenance Program. He also holds a Six Sigma Black Belt from Integrated Manufacturing and Assembly, a Tier 1 automotive supplier.
Ken earned both his MEng and BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Louisville and holds certifications in Lean Manufacturing, TPM Instruction, and Six Sigma.
He enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, trips to the lake, golf, and home improvement projects.
Dennis Epperson joined Fenco Solutions as Chief Financial Officer in August 2024. With over two decades of experience in finance, Dennis has played a key role in helping companies grow and maintain financial stability across multiple industries. His leadership and expertise in financial management, budgeting, cash flow, and negotiation has been crucial in driving the success in previous roles.
Before Fenco Solutions, Dennis served as CFO for Accuserv and Arrow Electric Co. in Louisville, Kentucky, overseeing the financial operations of two companies with a combined annual revenue of $70 million. During his time there, he led capital acquisition projects, improved financial processes, and ensured financial stability during critical growth phases.
Earlier in his career, Dennis worked at LLFlex as Director of Finance and Corporate Controller, where he focused on corporate financial strategy and reporting. He also held leadership positions at Soudal and C&I Engineering, developing his foundational experience in managing complex organizations.
Dennis holds an MBA in Finance from Webster University, where he graduated with full honors. He also has a BA in Accounting with a minor in Business Administration from Bellarmine College. Outside of his professional career, Dennis enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing golf, and attending sporting events.
